Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you have any special needs, please contact us in advance and we will try to accommodate your requests.

Yes, we accept pets in the rooms, but they are not allowed in the public areas of the hotel. The fee for your four-legged friends is €6.00 ​​per day.

Yes, we have a small SPA with Finnish sauna which is free to use, and a token-operated jacuzzi (1 token is included in the price), ideal for relaxing after a day outdoors.

Yes, we have a bike storage area as well as a place where you can safely leave your skis and boots.

Hotel Cristallo only offers Bed & Breakfast service. Every morning we serve a delicious breakfast buffet with fresh and local products.

Yes, we offer free parking for hotel guests. We also have a covered canopy for motorcycles.

Yes, we offer free rental of muscle bikes. For e-bikes, we have an agreement with the local service We Bike Rent.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available in the property except in the breakfast area.
