The rates are per Person and day or week with half-board and includes:
- Stay in rooms (with en suite bath, hair-dryer, phone,Tv set, Safe and balcony).
- Rich buffet breakfast;
- Menu to choose between italian and local speacialities.
- A welcome cocktail;
- Free use of the finnish sauna;
- Bus-stop in front of the hotel.
- Free entry at Fassalandia for kids.

Reductions and facilities
- Discounts are valid if the kids occupy an additional bed in the parents'room!!!
- Child-bed Euro 14,00 per day;
- Children from 3 to 5 years old: 50% reduction;
- Children from 6 to 12 years old: 20% reduction;
- Family-offer: 2 adults + 2 kids (up to 10 years old) pay like 3 people.
- Extra- charge for single room Euro 8,00 per day
Standard room:
Double-rooms, three-bed rooms (for family), Single rooms, with en suite Bath, Ensuite-bath, hairdryer,
phone Tv set safe and balcony.
Comfort room:
New double-room, spacious bath, hairdryer, phone, Tv Set, Balcony with nice view
on the surrounding mountains (south/West side). Free use of the finnish sauna.
Kristall room:
Large room with tester bed furnished in tyrolese style, Tv LCD and a welcome present.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
-Rates are per person and day with half board (cousin with choise of two/three menues),continental breakfast, a welcome drink and free use of the finnish sauna
-On arrival the rooms will be at your disposal from 14 o clock onwards.If you arrive after 18.00, you are kindly asked to let us know by a telephone call, fax or e-mail.
-We consider bookings binding only if accompained by a deposit fo Euro 200,00 per room.
-In case of delayed arrivals or antcipeted departures we will charge guests the price of the room € 20,00 per person and day.
-On departure you are kindly requested to leave the room within 10 a.m.
-The bill can be paid cash or with credit cards (Eurocard/Mastercard/Bank Americard/Visa).
